Zarkovia is a small, yet strategically viable country, found somewhere in Eastern Europe.
History

Zarkovia was featured in Viktor: The Spoils. A monarchy-based country, it had been besieged by rebels. Prince Gyula wished to crush the rebels, using the mindless body of Doctor Vicktor. However, his father, King Xarion, convinced Ben and his team to come to the country. Using Ben's powers to place his own mind in Vicktor's body. Ben defeated King Viktor and freed Gyula's mind-controlled soldiers, deciding not to interfere in "local politics."
What became of Zarkovia afterwards is unknown.
