The Tetramand Prisoner was one of the alien prisoners on Incarcecon who appeared in Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix.
Appearance
He wears a black eye patch on his upper left eye and he also wears a lime bodysuit with short sleeves.
History
Background
He was part of Slix Vigma's security force up until the events of Grudge Match.
Ben 10
In Grudge Match, he made a cameo as being part of the audience.
It is not known what happened to him after Kevin took over the Megacruiser, but in Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix he was seen in Incarcecon. Along with the other prisoners, he attacked Ben to get the Omnitrix. He was defeated by Tetrax after he broke his favorite hoverboard.
Powers and Abilities
He demonstrated enhanced physical strength by completely destroying a hoverboard with his bare hands.
