Technology Levels are the levels of complication, danger or sophistication given to various technologies and advanced objects in the Ben 10 series. Known tech levels thus far are 1-20, although some technologies are confirmed to be higher than Level 20.

Trivia[]
- Anti-Gravity Projectors are Levels 4 or 5 depending on how they are made.[DM 2]
- Earth is at least 500 years away from being a Level 3 planet.[5][6]
- Real-life technologies such as nuclear reactions, broadcasting signals and nanotech are Levels 3-5, despite Earth being a Level 2 planet.[DM 3][DM 4] This may suggest that restrictions on tech levels are more in regards to offworld technologies, rather than what a planet's native species can create on their own.
