Enhanced Strength is a descriptor for strength that is greater than average but not something that the alien is well-known for. Super Strength is a descriptor for strength that is much greater than average and cannot be nearly reached by aliens who are not emphasized for their strength.
Two examples of aliens with Super Strength are Humungousaur and Four Arms, who are emphasized for their extraordinary strength. Examples of aliens with enhanced (or just slightly greater than average) strength would be Shocksquatch (and his species) and Fasttrack.
