Cannonbolt's Sphere Form's Side Plates Edit

Do we have any proof from Derrick J Wyatt or someone on where the side plates on Cannonolt's sphere form come from. They come from his shoulder plates at 1:17 in this video. Although at 1:54 the sides come from his hands.
