The Forever Knights' scientist, Dr. Joseph Chadwick, sends Sir Morton to kidnap Ship from Julie so that the Forever Knights can use him to mass-produce a fleet of interstellar spacecraft. They then plan to use that fleet to attack the homeworld of the alien dragon that escaped them. Joined by Julie, who has been taking care of Ship, Ben, Gwen and Kevin mount a raid on the Forever Knights' stronghold to rescue him. Though Chadwick is using a control device to make Ship obey him, Julie is able to convince Ship to resist. The Forever Knights' stronghold is destroyed, and the group now has access to a spaceship since Ship can transform into the vehicle the Forever Knights had hoped to mass-produce. The episode ends with Ship reuniting with Julie.
Kevin: Okay. Now, no shrieking in the car. Gwen: No promises. Sometimes we are going to shriek. Julie: Yeah, like you and Ben do when you're watching football. Kevin: We do not shriek! (realized he had shrieked, lowers his voice) Uh, shriek.
Kevin: That guy is so paying for a new paint job! Gwen: Is that all you can think about? Your car? Kevin: No. Sometimes I think about food.
Kevin: Shoot it, shoot it, shoot it! (frantically) Julie: No, Ben, no! Kevin: Now, Ben, now! (with Gwen still in his arms)
Ben: We're not talking because? Julie: Because I am upset with you, for being upset with me about Ship. Ben: Julie, we aren't talking about a poodle from the local pound. You don't know what you're dealing with. Julie: Yes I do. I'm dealing with a person who is incredibly mean to poor little Ship, and who obviously does not trust me! Ben: This isn't about trust, its--(stops and sees Kevin and Gwen staring at him from the from seat) You...mind if discuss this later? Julie: (looks away)
Swampfire: (mimicking Kevin) Shoot it, shoot it, shoot it? Kevin: (defensively) It was a suggestion!
Naming and Translations
In one scene, Jetray misses his stripes.
When Ship transforms back, Swampfire's face is green.
Gwen says "McDuffie is having a going out of business sale". This is a reference to Dwayne McDuffie, the story editor of Alien Force.
Ship is able to transform into any machine wherever he is. However, when Ben transformed into Upgrade, he could only take control of machinery by covering it with his body. He could never completely transform into the object. This is due to Ben's incomplete transformation into the fully mechanical Galvanic Mechamorph.
In Pier Pressure, in order for Ship to transform into a machine or vehicle, he had to enter it first. In this episode, he automatically turns into a massive spaceship.
