Laser Lances are Level 5 weapons. They are the primary weapons of the Forever Knights. They were introduced in Ben 10: Alien Force.
Use
Laser Lances are Level 5 Alien Tech. It is run on an ether point energy cell, dangerous technology that is way too advanced for humans.
It is illegal to sell Level 5 tech to people on Earth, due to Earth being a Level 2 planet.
Laser Lances are the most commonly used weapon by the Forever Knights.
Laser Lances can be a bit of a double-edge sword of sorts as it has been shown that if one is used after it has been damaged it can overload, producing an explosion that can vaporize anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in the blast. This drawback was shown in Ben 10 Returns: Part 2, when a Forever Knight uses his damaged Laser Lance despite a warning from Magister Labrid, the knight is killed by the ensuing explosion. Also Kevin would likely have been killed by the explosion had Labrid had not pushed him out of the way. Following the Laser Lance explosion while seeing the vaporized Forever Knight's helmet, Labrid told Kevin that this was the reason why level 5 technology is illegal on Earth, saying that humans just aren't ready for it.
Labrid had Echo Echo destroy most of the Laser Lances. However Kevin managed to save one as a souvenir, which Gwen later used to find the DNAliens' base.
