The Hyper Alien Figures are 7 inch figures of Ben 10 characters in high detail.

The Hyper Figures have movable arm and leg parts. They were released in the Bandai Toy Fair held in New York Times. Only 3 were shown there. They are also called Hyper Aliens. These seem similar to the 12" Epic Alien Figures from 2006.
