Ultimate Rath is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of an Appoplexian.
Appearance[]
Ultimate Rath has dark pink skin and white fur with red stripes. He is covered by fur everywhere except on his feet, hands, chest, neck, and most of his lower jaw. He has red bandages on his elbows, forearms, and wrists, and the ones on his wrists have three small red spikes on them. He has two giant claws on his hands, and his fingers and toes now have smaller claws. He also has giant claws coming out from his elbows.
He wears black shorts with a white belt that has silver spikes and a silver buckle. He also has a red coat with red eyes and four yellow fangs, which all together resemble a Panuncian. He has three giant red spikes on his back that are covered by his coat's hood, which is made up of long, thick, black fur. His face is white with flipped up hair and sideburns, and his eyebrows are now red and sharp.
Ultimate Rath wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
Personality[]
Ultimate Rath's personality is not changed due to Albedo's superior intellect.
If Ben were to use Ultimate Rath, his catchphrase would probably be “Let me tell ya FIVE things!”.[DJW 1]
Powers and Abilities[]
Ultimate Rath is strong enough to carry a fairly large and bulky blaster.[1]
Ultimate Rath is more durable than his devolved counterpart, as he could withstand blasts from Luhley's Plumber blaster.
Ultimate Rath can jump exceptionally high, as shown when he jumped out of Azmuth's lab through a hole in the roof.[1]
Ultimate Rath can move about on two legs as well as on all-fours.
Ultimate Rath has two claws extended from his wrists and has a smaller claw on each of his fingers and toes.

- Ultimate Rath first appeared in Malgax Attacks, where he was used by Albedo to seemingly kill Azmuth and chased an angered Luhley before a restored Azmuth disabled his Ultimatrix.

Trivia[]
- Negative Ultimate Rath is the final Ultimate form seen on-screen in Omniverse, as well as in the Classic Continuity in general.
- He is also the final alien that Albedo transforms into in Omniverse and the Classic Continuity as a whole.
- In the comic One Man's Trash, Ben attempts to turn into Ultimate Rath but fails due to the transformation being a joke at the time.
- Negative Ultimate Rath's design and outfit strongly resemble that of Marvel Comics characters such as Wolverine, Sabretooth and Kraven the Hunter respectively.
- On November 30, 2011, when asked what Ultimate form he would really like to see, Eugene Son chose Ultimate Rath, but stated that it "won't happen".[ES 1]
