Is an Alien of the species Transylian

from the planet Anur Transyl. Ben got it's DNA for the Omnitrix from, who helped try to achieve Ghostfreak's goal. Transylians are a human-like species who have learned to harness electricity.

Benvicktor can generate 'green' electricity, he has intense strength and intelligence and can stick to metal surfaces using electromagnetism. Benvicktor has two conductor coils on his back which can generate the electricity. In the one hour special of Ben 10: Evolution, it has been revealed that Benvicktor can control or produce earthquakes from his hands to use as an attack.

Benvicktor has no known weaknesses due to his limited appearance in the series, but it is likely shorted out or can be affected by water due to him being heavily dependent on electrical attacks.

Anur Transyl is a planet from the Anur belt. It is a planet with almost constant vast electrical storms. The lightning is purple colored, and some Transylians absorb this lightning to make their internalized green electric stronger

• Benvicktor is clearly based on Mary Shelly's Frankenstein's Monster.
• The scientist Ben gathered the Transylian DNA from is most likely named after Mary Shelly's Dr. Victor Frankenstein.
• Transylian is named after Transylvania.
• Benvicktor has been seen in only one episode of Ben 10.
