– Armodrillo to Psyphon's Gang.[1] |
Armodrillo is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Talpaedan from the planet Poiana Lüncas[note 1] in the Andromeda Galaxy.
Appearance[]
Ben as Armodrillo[]
Armodrillo is a yellow ten-foot-tall alien[3][4] with an armored, robotic-like body. His head is similar to a Greek Corinthian helmet with two ears on it, giving him the appearance of an armadillo. Armodrillo has a gray tail and jackhammer parts on his elbows, wrists and hands, creating the impression that he is a digging robot. Despite his mechanical appearance, all of these aspects are, in fact, biological and natural to his race. He also has blood that is grey and partially translucent.[5]
In Omniverse, Armodrillo looks similar to his Ultimate Alien appearance, but his ears are slightly longer, he has grey bolts with black markings on his shoulders and a metal circle on top of his head. His face has been restructured a little bit, his arm-drills are now much larger, and his feet are now yellow instead of grey while his toes remain grey. His fingers now have a small horizontal line design along with his tail and the black parts of his limbs, his arms, upper arms, and thighs are now more chain-like, and his forearms and shoulders are now much bulkier.
Armodrillo wears the Ultimatrix/Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
Albedo as Negative Armodrillo[]
Negative Armodrillo resembles Ben's Armodrillo in Omniverse, except his armor, eyes, and Ultimatrix symbol are all colored red.
Powers and Abilities[]
Armodrillo has incredible digging capabilities thanks to his jackhammer arms, and can transform his hands into drills to help himself burrow underground and move through it. Armodrillo can even dig through solid rock.[4] His drill hands can also be very useful in battle, as seen when Armodrillo fought Slamworm,[6] and can also cause a lot of pain to a Galilean.[7]
Armodrillo can create enough vibrations to collapse buildings into rubble, as demonstrated by Andreas when he destroyed a Forever Knight castle.[5]
Using his jackhammer arms, Armodrillo can propel himself very high into the air by punching the ground, as seen when he avoided getting rammed by Crabdozer.[8]
Armodrillo can create destructive earthquakes by placing his hands on the ground and pumping the jackhammer pistons on his olecranons.[9] Armodrillo also has the capability to cause a magnitude 10 earthquake depending on where he tries it, such as fault lines on tectonic plates.[DR 1]
Armodrillo is able to create fissures in the ground.[10]
Armodrillo possesses enhanced strength, as he was able to destroy ten robots from Dimension 12,[11] lift up a Mucilator,[12] and hold his own against Trombipulor.[13]
Using his jackhammer arms and rockets in his pistons, Armodrillo can create shock waves to blast away larger enemies with a single punch[6] and launch objects he is holding.[14]
Armodrillo possesses enhanced durability, courtesy of his armor. He is durable enough to withstand attacks from many powerful opponents, as well as being thrown through walls and other solid surfaces.
Armodrillo is immune to neuroshock blasts, as demonstrated by Andreas.[5]
Armodrillo is capable of spinning his drills so fast to move the air around it in high enough speeds to act like blender blades that are strong enough to destroy an entire tree.[15]
Armodrillo can extend his hands by pushing in the pistons on his arms.[14]
In a similar way to Geochelone Aerios, Armodrillo can retract his fingers, leaving only a spheroid hand in place.[4] This has been used by Aggregor to punch enemies.[16]
Weaknesses[]
Certain weapons can cause Armodrillo's nervous system to go out of control and make him unable to stop vibrating his arms.[1] He can also have a hard time controlling his jackhammers if he is scared, as demonstrated with Andreas.[5]
Being a Talpaedan, Armodrillo is at a massive disadvantage against a Slammoid due to them being able to easily dig him out of the ground.[12][8][6]
Armodrillo is weak against electricity.[1]
Armodrillo can be rendered unconscious if they are hit by a quill from a member of Argit's species, as demonstrated with Andreas.[5]
Armodrillo can be suffocated if a large amount of matter covers his whole body and compresses it enough.[17]
Armodrillo cannot cause an earthquake on surfaces such as bedrock.[DR 1]

Notes[]
- ↑ Poiana Lüncas was revealed to be Armodrillo's home planet in the fifty-third issue of the Cartoon Network Action Pack series, released on December 1, 2010.[merch 1] Despite this, on April 14, 2011, a user named Reece Philippe Villamonte edited this page, claiming that Terraexcava was Armodrillo's home planet. The page for Terraexcava would later be created on April 30, 2011 by another user named Sillifactu, citing Bandai's website and fan site Ben10Toys.net as sources. Archived pages from the Bandai site do not seem to have any information regarding Armodrillo's home planet. Thus, Poiana Lüncas is the true name of Armodrillo's home planet.[2]
